Meeting Space in Vancouver
Our meeting spaces are ideal for all types of talks, from interviews and working sessions, to client presentations and important board meetings.
Functional but comfortable, our largest meeting space is a boardroom. It incorporates digital meeting technology with video conferencing to boost productivity and strengthen communications. (Not to mention the positive impression you’ll make as meeting host.) Our second meeting space – known as the Confab Room – is perfect for more casual chats requiring comfortable chairs.
Located in East Vancouver, boardroom meeting room rental is $50/hr and accommodates up to 10 people. Check your coworking membership to determine your allocated meeting room time. If you’re out of time, you can book additional space at the above rate.

Confab Room
This easygoing meeting space is situated at the north end of our shared workspace. Be sure to book it and close the sliding door when in a session, otherwise this space doubles as a relaxation room for members to enjoy.

Phone Booths
We’re here to work, so to keep it productive and minimize distractions, we’ve created five private phone rooms for you to make and take your phone calls. These rooms may also be used for one-on-one meetings.
These spaces work on a first come, first serve basis.
What’s included: One chair and desk, with room to add another chair.
