What are the additional costs on the base office price?

Each additional person adds $125. So if you book a 2-person office for two people, it’s $1,150 + $100. There are no other office costs, other than optional event space booking costs and meeting room usage beyond the allocated amount.

How long are the shared office agreement terms?

The shared office agreement periods can be month-to-month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. Longer stays are rewarded with a discount. Contact us to compare monthly pricing.

Can I decorate my private office?

Yes, as long as you return it to the same condition upon your move in (just like a home rental). Helpful hint: if your office is shared with others, check in with your mates before moving in your cacti collection.
