What are the benefits of a virtual office?
A virtual office is an inexpensive way to have an office address for your business when you work remotely or from home (or have snoopy roommates. Or live at a hotel). Upon receipt of your mail, our staff will notify you immediately. You have the flexibility of dropping in for a hot desk two days per month, plus you receive the benefit of a private, quiet meeting room space one hour per month.
When can I start using your business address?
You’ll be able to use the mailing address as soon as you register as a virtual office member!
Do you offer mail forwarding?
We sure do, in our ‘virtual office plus’ plan. This plan includes mail forwarding of letters under 100 grams up to four times per month. The cost of postage is additional. Any letters/packages to be forwarded over that amount and over 100 grams in weight, will be an additional cost of $5 each.
How does mail scanning work?
We receive your mail, open, scan, and email it to you. It’s that easy. You never have to come into our office and pick up your mail—as much as we’d love to meet you in person, we get that it’s not always easy to find the time to get here.
Do I have to book work and meeting spaces in advance?
For work space, you can drop in to our office hot-desk style—no need to book in advance. Meeting space, however, can be pretty popular so we suggest that you secure this in advance using our online booking system.
